Woodlands Academy is a unique school, with extensive grounds, an
excellent House system, which was praised by Ofsted, and a commitment to
providing the best opportunities for personal, academic and physical
development. As the City's only boys' school, we have a proud heritage,
built on good discipline and excellent relationships between staff and
students. We have condensed the Key Stage 3 curriculum into two years
only, with all students beginning their GCSE studies in Year 9, sitting all
examinations in Year 10. |
Our Sixth Form is combined with that of the Tile Hill Wood Girls'
School and
Language
College
and we work
closely with the South West Federation of schools. Between us, we offer
outstanding opportunities to our Post-16 students.
We pride ourselves on offering a safe environment in which each
individual is valued and cared for. We challenge our students, encourage them
to work to their maximum and celebrate their successes in all fields. We aim to
secure the very best outcomes for all of our students.
